This policy explains how AA Technology handles personal data in connection with aatech.qa, in line with Law No. 13 of 2016 on Personal Data Privacy Protection of the State of Qatar.

2. Scope
This policy covers aatech.qa and services operated by AA Technology. Product-specific policies, including QNOW, are published separately at qnow.qa.
3. Information we collect
Contact details you submit to us by email, and technical data collected automatically by our hosting provider, such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited.
4. How we use it
To respond to enquiries, deliver contracted services, maintain the security and integrity of our systems, and meet legal obligations.
5. Legal basis
We process personal data on the basis of your consent, the performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in operating and securing our services, and compliance with legal obligations.
6. Sharing
We share data only with service providers acting under contract, such as hosting and email providers, and where disclosure is required by law or a competent authority. We do not sell personal data.
7. International transfers
Some production infrastructure is located outside the State of Qatar, including in the European Union (eu-central-1). Where data is transferred, we apply contractual safeguards with the relevant providers.
8. Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or for as long as required by applicable law, after which it is deleted.
9. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to processing, or withdraw consent. Requests are handled by writing to privacy@aatech.qa.

This corporate website sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Only cookies strictly necessary to serve the site may be used by our hosting provider.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including access control, encryption in transit, and regular updates to our systems.
