QNOW
A two-sided virtual queue for cafés and restaurants. Guests join from their phone and get a push when the table is ready. Venues run the queue, seating, and guest messages from a business dashboard. Deployed in Doha as a native mobile app and a merchant web app.

Specify
Work starts with a written specification — scope, constraints, and what the finished system must do. Nothing is built against a verbal brief.

Development runs in short, reviewable increments against that specification. Working software at every stage — not status reports in place of software.

Operate
Delivery includes the operational side: hosting, monitoring, backup, and maintenance, so systems stay supported after launch.
