In operation
A two-sided virtual queue platform for cafés and restaurants. Guests join a venue's queue from their phone and are notified when their table is ready, replacing physical waiting lines and paper lists. Venues manage the queue, seating, and guest communication from a dedicated business application. QNOW is deployed with venues in Doha as a native mobile app and a web application for merchants.

How work is delivered

Work starts with a written specification: scope, constraints, and what the finished system must do. Nothing is built against a verbal brief.
